Sticky Blood In Stool

For reasons beyond my control, I have been obliged to catch up on electronic evidence . There are many books on this subject. Among recent, we highlight two:

- ILLANES FERNÁNDEZ, José M.: The electronic evidence, effectiveness and value in the civil process . Aranzadi. Madrid, 2009

- Abel Lluch, Xavier and PICÓ I JUNOY, Joan: The electronic evidence. Bosch JM. 2011. The editorial Bosch is publishing a collection of papers on procedural aspects of the most promising test.

What has been a finding of interest is the book on the right to correct FARRÉ Pedro López, PhD in constitutional law professor at various universities, including CEU - Luis Vives. For many, the author is "the enemy" because he holds the position of Director of Institutional Relations of the SGAE. However, I must say that I've read so far in this work I like: it is very clear and well documented. I have yet to devote a post to this monograph in the "Book of the Month."

I also bought Politics in the Age of Internet Ramon Cota, who is not a law book, but includes some interesting chapters for my dissertation (yes, I have not finished yet, but I'm at it .)

Finally, a couple of links for updates:

- First, the BOE link which appears self-admission of the AEPD appeal against the decision of the Baptismal Books.

- Secondly, an article that will be of interest to those who advise high-risk customers. Here you can find a dossier LOPD liability insurance (there are, though not common).

- Finally, read this news , if at any time, with much talk of right to oblivion, had happened to require some form of liability for publishing data in Official Gazettes.
